Ooh Mrs James aims to make all transactions as pain free as possible.

Payment
Clicking Buy Now will take you to the 100% secure Paypal website. You may pay using Paypal directly or choose the credit card option (all major debit and credit cards accepted).
Postage and packing charges are for UK deliveries only.

Shipping
All items will be sent by First Class Recorded Delivery to addresses in the UK.
All dresses will be sent individually to ensure they reach you in perfect condition as they left me. If accessories, such as slips, can be packaged together we will automatically refund you the difference in postage costs (any queries, contact us first at info@oohmrsjames.com).
Items will be posted within 3 working days of receiving payment, if for whatever reason this is impossible, we will contact you immediately and advise you on the soonest available shipping date.
International buyers are most welcome. International shipments will be priced on an individual basis and generally will be higher. If you would like an international shipping quote before purchasing, please contact us. Insurance is recommended on international shipments, as we cannot be responsible for loss or damaged parcels if insurance is not purchased.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES:All customs fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Returns and refunds
Please keep in mind that vintage items are not new, and as such are rarely in perfect condition. Unless otherwise stated, vintage items have been worn and show some degree of wear. Small imperfections are inherent in vintage garments and add character to the pieces. Any significant defects will be noted in the item description.
For all items (reproduction and original vintage), we are happy to offer a 14-day refund excluding postage costs providing the following: Items are returned in the exact same condition that we sent them in; on new items, all tags and labels are still attached (do not remove these when trying the dresses on); it is recommended that when returning items to Ooh Mrs James you use recorded mail as we cannot be responsible for items lost in the post.

All dresses are as they are in the photographs and have not been enhanced with extra underskirts or petticoats unless stated in the description.
